Literacy; a lineage
In this story, the author successfully starts out the piece with a piece of hear heart. She pulls readers in and plops the image or her and her father spending time together in tot he readers head. She explains then how it was something special to her that they shared. She takes about how she admires her father and his wit in the subject of English. But the main point that she makes is how grateful she is to have him in her life. along with her reflecting on the influence he has had on her in paragraph 2 on page 133. She goes into her admiration for him, after she cleverly introduces the fact that him not riding with her anymore is upsetting, and makes he think of the bigger picture, what was. Not what is now. Because i specifically agree that it is important for us to cherish the happy memories we once did and always will share with our loved ones.
